Apostle Annette Higdon, Founder/Sr. Pastor

Apostle Annette Higdon is the daughter of Arthur Donalson, Sr. and Betty Gurley (Deacon

Arthur L. Gurley deceased). She is married to an incredible and supportive husband, Deacon

Wesley Higdon, Sr. and they have three beautiful and amazing children Fontabian (Apostle

Sonja Donalson), Elder Sherika Hubbard and Wesley (Toni) Higdon, Jr. They are also blessed

with 12 adorable and awesome grandchildren and one handsome and lovable great-grandson.

Apostle Higdon is the Founder and Sr. Pastor of Fresh Start Global Outreach Ministries Inc.,

which God birthed on June 23, 2013. She is an anointed vessel of God and will preach the

unadulterated word without compromising her character or integrity. Her deepest desire is to

help God’s people become all that God has purposed for their lives one soul at a time and to

help them birth out every gift that God has placed inside of them in spite of their past or the

opinions of others. She is determined to lead by example and love with the same agape love

Christ loves us with. Apostle Annette Higdon’s favorite scriptures are Isaiah 40:31, 54:11,

Luke 4:18-19 and Romans 8:28.

Apostle Annette Higdon holds a Masters in Christian Marriage and Family Counseling and is

the Director of Pastoral and Marriage Family Counseling at Sacred Living Behavioral Health &

Wellness Center. She is a social advocate for her community. She serves on the Boards of her

local Chamber of Commerce, Family Connections, Drug Free Grady and Organizing for Grady

County. She is the First Black Councilwoman of Grady County. Apostle Higdon is the Founder

of Women of Purpose Global Ministries and Fresh Start Apostolic Fellowship. She is the NE

District Director of the State of Florida Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship and President of

the Grady County Ministerial Association. She is also the owner of Fresh Start Variety Shop in

Cairo, GA. She is renowned locally and globally. She is committed to serving the whole man -

mind, body and soul.
